Before I tell you how I can help you, it is important that you understand what’s behind the HOW.
You see each service I provide is a manifestation of my DESIGN. The primary message that I share is that God uses our entire DESIGN to manifest His vision. What is our design…. It’s our personality, spiritual gifts, experiences, passion and abilities. ALL of which were God-given, ordained and authorized. God revealed to me that He wanted to use ALL of me (my complete design) to help others manifest His assigned vision for them, specifically ministry related and to help others overcome any vision or calling blockers that they may encounter. All I had to do was YIELD to the calling.
In the past, I have owned several small businesses including a drop-in childcare, a personal care business, and mental health agency (grossed 4.2 million in 2007 and 2008). Now after yielding to God’s call a coaching and counseling practice (The Seed Planter Coaching & Counseling, LLC). God’s assigned vision for me includes putting most of my time coaching, counseling, and consulting with Christian women who He has instructed to start a ministry, business as ministry or Christian coaching practice and those who want to discover their DESIGN. My primary spiritual gifts are teaching and encouraging. If you need to know my formal credentials (some people do) I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of NC, Certified Life Coach Trainer, Certified Life Coach, Certified DISC Facilitator, Certified HIScoach, and Ordained Minister. My two most important roles are as mother of two wonderful young boys and a wife of 18 years as of 2011)
You’re probably asking “why is she telling me all of this”….definitely not to boast…because everything about me was God-given, ordained, and authorized. I give God ALL of the glory! Everyone who knows me I am a humble person. I tell you these things because it is part of my DESIGN….A DESIGN which God plans to use to help you. I have heard marketing gurus say that people don’t want to know what you’ve done or what credentials you have. They want to know how you can help them. I totally get that but I also believe that when someone calls on me to help and God has connected us together, He plans on using ALL of me to help…so it is important that you know my DESIGN.

As an entrepreneur, HIScoach, and consultant….I help individuals map out their vision, offer step-by-step instructions, tools, tips and resources to gain and sustain the momentum that will help them manifest the vision.
